Purple Mash is an award-winning learning platform.  It features creative tools, educational games and themed resources.
Pupils are set ‘2Dos’ by Teachers in Maths, English, Science, Computing, Topic work, Coding and much more.

Evidence Me

Evidence Me is a tool used within Primary at Grange Academy.  It enables Primary teachers and LSAs to capture learners’ experiences, monitor progress/development and create reports showing the impact of students’ learning experiences.

Kodable

Kodable introduces pupils to the foundational concepts used in every programming language.  These concepts include algorithms, conditions, loops and functions.
Available as an App, we use this as part of our IT curriculum.

Times Tables Rock Stars

Times Table Rock Stars is a program of daily times table practice.
Each week concentrates on a different times table followed by a consolidation week to review tables that have recently been practiced.  This method of learning has successfully boosted times tables recall speed for pupils in both primary and secondary settings.
Available as an App we use this as part of our maths curriculum.

Prodigy Game

Prodigy Maths is an adaptive learning platform that engages pupils as they explore the Prodigy Math Game world, where they answer maths questions to complete quests and earn in-game rewards.
Pupils are able to interact with classmates within the Prodigy Maths Game world, this enhances their gameplay but also adds an element of competitiveness.
Available as an App, we use this as part of our maths curriculum.

White Rose Maths

White Rose Maths have a series of maths lessons for each year group from Year 1 – 10.  These lessons allow pupils to continue their daily maths lessons from home, featuring video instruction, MS PowerPoint slides, true or false quizzes and worksheets.
We use this both in school and as part of our remote learning platform.

Teach Your Monster to read is an award-winning series of games that helps your child to read.
Available as an App, we use this both in school and as part of our remote learning platforms.

NumBots

Winners of “The Queen’s Award for Enterprise Innovation”
Numbots is an engaging platform for learning to add and subtract.  It is all about helping every child to understand, recall and have fluency in mental addition and subtraction.  Learning these methods helps them move from simply counting to calculating.
Available as an App, we use this as part of our maths curriculum.

Topmarks Education

Topmarks helps pupils learn online through safe, fun and engaging maths games and activities.
Available as an App, we use this as part of our maths curriculum.

Discovery Education - Espresso

Discovery Education Expresso provides digital curriculum resources that immerse pupils in the learning experience.
It allows teachers to assign lessons, create quizzes and learning tasks which can then be delivered to pupils in person or online.

Education City

EducationCity provide educational resources and games covering the National Curriculum in Maths, English, Science and Topic.
Available as an App, we use this as part of various curriculum areas.

Oak National Academy

Oak National Academy is the online classroom made by teachers, for teachers. The site has lessons and resources that cover a wide range of subjects from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Year 11.
Lessons are an hour long and delivered by a teacher, with pre-recorded video as well as quizzes, worksheets and creative activities.
No logins or passwords are required to access the lessons and pupils can use any device to join the lessons.
We use this platform as art of our remote learning curriculum.

BBC Bitesize

BBC Bitesize is full of lessons, videos, quizzes and practical activities to help both parents and pupils with home learning.
Available as an App, we sue this as part of the curriculum as well as our remote learning platform.

Class Dojo

ClassDojo helps to connect teachers, pupils and parents building a classroom community. Teachers can use it within class to encourage pupils to work on a particular skill or value, pupils can share their learning by adding photos and videos to their portfolios, the can also earn Dojo points for working on sets skills and values. Parents are able to view photos and videos of work completed in class.
Available as an App, some teachers use this to communicate with parents/carers and as part of our remote online platform.

Bee-Bot

The Bee-Bot App makes use of the key functionality of the floor robot.  Pupils using the app improve their skills in directional language, programming sequences of forwards, backwards, left and right 90 degree turns.
Available as an App, we use this as part of our IT curriculum.

Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is a digital hub that allows pupils to work together remotely with both their teacher and fellow pupils.  Teachers are able to share screens with pupils in order to provide an effective learning environment.
Available as an App, some classes use this as part of our online learning platform.

Office 365

Pupils with a valid school email address are eligible to sign up for Office 365 Education for free.
Giving the student access to the entire MS Office Suite for use at home.
Available as an App, staff and pupils have email logins and access to Office functionality. We use this to help improve communication both in and outside of school and as part of our remote learning platform.

Lexia Core5 Reading

All Primary pupils have access to this age appropriate reading and literacy program which allows them to work independently to develop critical reading and language skills through individualised, motivating learning paths monitored closely by their teachers. Pupils have timetabled sessions in school and can access the program at home to support their learning in school. 

Lexia PowerUp Literacy

All Secondary pupils have access to this age appropriate reading and literacy program which allows them to work independently to develop critical reading and language skills through individualised, motivating learning paths monitored closely by their teachers. Pupils have timetabled sessions in school and can access the program at home to support their learning in school.
